Three simple lessons Golf Swing

In order to hit consistent shots, you must have a good swing mechanics, a solid set-up and coherent technical, but there are some overlooked principles that if you follow will give you a great golf swing. When I say that these principles are "forgotten" I mean, you know you are supposed to respect these principles, but you do not. So in this article, I'll give you three lessons golf swing that you must follow if you want produce coherent plans.

Golf Swing Lesson # 1 Keep Your H ead yet!

All great golfer will tell you the importance of keeping your head still during the swing. Teachers tell you books and videos you say you say, and yet one The most common faults among golfers is head movement. Moving your head causes too many problems, thinning of the ball, plans in mind, shanked shots and more are all caused in part by the simple gesture of the head by the swing.

You see, if you move your head, then pulls it out Your entire body is a correct posture and position, in turn, causes your arms and club to break away from their correct path. When golfers are told to keep his head still in the swing, they tend to think that they should keep the head rigid and yet it does not feel natural, understandable which puts them out of the idea, but what golfers refer when they say "keep your head still" really "keep the head stabilized.

You see the golf swing is centered around the rotation of the body and arms back and through the head obviously not going to stay perfect again, it will rotate a little.

The golf swing should be relaxed to first take a look at your posture at address. View profile of your spine and club shaft should create an angle of 90 degrees, the head should be titled the same angle as your spine.

In the swing you concentrate on the rotation of your body, shoulders and arms around your spinal axis, while your spine remains in roughly the same position. The same should be true of your head, I want you to think of your head as an extension of your spine, let your arms and body swing around it, if you do this you will eliminate many problems.

Golf Swing Lesson # 2 Do not bend the right arm prematurely

The arms play an important role throughout the swing, they control the movement club and the position of the clubface through the golf swing.

Now most golfers know that when you bring the club back, left arm remains straight, while your elbows right arm, but it's really important that you do not bend the right elbow until the midpoint of the backswing, closer to the top of the backswing, which will ensure that you get a nice wide arc on the backswing.

So when you bring the club back, left arm should be relatively easy through the entire backswing, but the right arm remains straight up that the midpoint of the backswing. Then, at this point, your right elbow begins to bend until it forms an angle of 90 degrees on top of the backswing, the elbow should point toward the ground.

The left arm should remain straight as you bring the club back.

Golf Swing Lesson # 3 Do not let your upper body dominated

Many golfers tend to leave their upper body become too dominant in their tracks. Now, obviously the upper body plays an important role in the swing, but when you let your arms become too dominant you'll encounter problems in your swing.

If you start the golf swing with the arms, then the club will be beyond your body rise. The swingarm will end too far behind you and then you find yourself in the position completely false at the top of the backswing. This leads to slices and brackets.

To avoid this problem you really need to get the correct rotation of the body through the swing. So at your hips and shoulders are parallel. A good backswing should start with the rotation of the body and moving your arm back in a beautiful softness "of a one piece "takeaway.

On the backswing the hips to complete their forward rotation of your shoulders. The shoulders continue turn until your back is facing your target. The slowdown begins with the rotation of the hips and body to your target and pushing your weight on your foot front, back toward your target. Shoulders, arms and hands are then put into action.

This rotation continues back through until impact, continue to follow through until your navel is facing your target.
